Buchi Rafua is a premium event host, voiceover artist, and broadcaster with over ten years of experience in radio and broadcasting. Based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, she is a media and communication professional whose work centres on helping people communicate with clarity, confidence and conviction.

She is the founder of Voice.is, a training and professional development brand built on the belief that your voice is more than what comes out of your mouth. It is how you communicate, carry yourself, tell your story and express your value. Through Voice.is, she creates practical learning experiences in voice development, storytelling, hosting and public speaking, personal and professional etiquette, and customer service for organisations. The programmes are taught by practising professionals with real-world experience. Voice.is launched in September 2026 with a two-day masterclass in Port Harcourt.

Buchi is also the founder of BUUCH, a media platform for interviews and news updates, and Empowerment for Tomorrow’s Initiative (EFTI), an NGO focused on empowering and supporting people across different walks of life toward a better tomorrow.
